Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, email, call, or text us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and message.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell any personal information.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls
• To provide and improve the services you request
• To send service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations
• To keep our website secure and working properly

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to provide their service. These include our website host, our email delivery provider, and Microsoft (for our booking page and email). These providers are required to protect your information. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take protecting your data seriously. It's the business we're in.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@ambienttechpartners.com. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails by asking us.

Client data

When we build or manage systems for a client, any data those systems process belongs to the client and is handled under our agreement with them. This policy covers information about visitors and prospective clients of Ambient itself.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
